I think children should do after school activities.
Children can learn skills faster than adults and therefore, I think people should start learning them from a young age.
I personally suggest they take lessons in English conversation and music of some sort.
The sensory skills children can gain through these after school activities are unattainable by adults.
On the other hand, for studies and sports which I think I can teach myself, I don’t think I will ever entrust them to people outside the family.

It’s true that doing after school activities is an easy choice as a way to kill time for children who have time on their hands and this is why many parents are flocking to after school activities.
However, the point is, whether or not it’s good to leave children’s education to outsiders.
In fact, most parents seem to completely depend on the instructors of after school activities once they trust them.
As a result, many children never see the fruits of their efforts although they participate in after school activities.
I think every child has a different reason for doing after school activities, but the chief reason for continuing them for a long time is parents’ idleness.
If children go straight to join after school activities, parents don’t have to do anything.
I think one of the most important jobs of parents is to find their children’s potential and enable them to fulfil it.
To do so, parents should try to spend as much time as possible with their children and try to do what they can.

Also, if there is something they can talk proudly about themselves, it will become their life-long identity, and thus I think doing after school activities is worth the risk.

Also, even if they have the knowledge, they wouldn’t make the best choice for children since they need to carry out their job without big trouble.
At the English conversation school, I worked for, the instructors prepared commercial snacks to the children, for those who have good knowledge of children’s appropriate life, it’s quite noticeable that these foods aren’t ideal options.
By the way, I wasn’t able to propose any idea on snacks to the manger then, because I knew commercial snacks are useful because they’re easy to prepare and we can avoid some trouble caused by letting the children bring their snacks.
