Your work and private life should go hand in hand and both of them are indispensable.
For example, if there’s someone whose goal of their private life is to provide quality education to their children, they may wish to put their children in an ideal educational institution for their children.
However, if it becomes impossible to do so because of their work, they can’t be satisfied with their lives even if they are successful in work.
The same goes for their family members.
If the places we work can influence our families’ private lives, it means they can determine what lives they live and also affect their relationships with the family members.

On the other hand, you could keep a distance with someone who you don’t want to have close relationship with.
Secondly, people will start to pay attention to actual achievements of workers rather than their appearances and manners by introducing remote work.
Let me give you a simple example.
In face-to-face meetings, the atmosphere of participation is created if workers are sitting and listening, but in remote meetings, those who behave in such a way will be seen as someone who can’t contribute to the meetings.
