In such era, there is a strong possibility that we are going to have to negotiate with foreigners in business.
Although translation tools may be attractive for end-user, direct communication between English speakers has become commonplace in a fast-paced world of business.
Therefore, relying on translation tools or interpreters may put us at a disadvantage.

I think that people all over the world being able to use English is a spectacular thing.
I myself always feel the burden of acquiring English skills, which takes me a lot of energy to master.
On the other hand, I think we can instead use this time for acquiring other skills and this can be a motivation to do something even spectacular.
The fact that the proportion of the population who can make use of their English skills is less than that of those who can’t make use of it makes me think that there is a great loss of energy.
I think we should have the courage to save the time on seemingly necessary but in fact unnecessary things.
